Consulting is a great option whether you want to consult on the side, are considering full time consulting, or simply want to build consulting skills to open new opportunities.

I’ve been consulting since 1990, and it certainly ranks up there as one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. Based on the large number of questions I get on becoming a consultant, the thousands of people that have taken my infosec consulting surveys, as well as many friends and colleagues that have very recently become consultants, I know there is a lot of interest.

Consulting gives you a lot of freedom, lets you chose meaningful work that makes a difference, is fun, and yes, you can make a lot of money.

Tentative Schedule:
September 23 (7PM EDT, GMT-4) Getting started, all the basics, what you need to know
September 30 (7PM EDT, GMT-4) Getting Clients Deep Dive (with lots of examples)
October 7 (7PM EDT, GMT-4) Pricing, Pricing Strategies, Getting Paid and Negotiations for Consultants
October 13 (7PM EDT, GMT-4) Getting and Maintaining Desired Expert Status – online and offline strategies
October 15 (7PM EDT, GMT-4) Making it work long term – Living The Dream for Decades!

Each session will be approximately 60-90 minutes, will go longer if needed, will absolutely be recorded, and you can ask questions before, during, and after each session, so if you miss one or more sessions live it simply won’t matter. Session three will be prerecorded with plenty of opportunity to ask questions before and after!
